ALL 44 ENT and Allergy locations are now open and seeing patients in office. ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP is closely monitoring the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and focusing on protecting the health and safety of their patients and workforce, while ensuring there is no further disruption to the ENT, Allergy, and Audiology care their patients deserve. At this time, the practice has structured a limited physician schedule (8:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday) to ensure minimal public interaction within the office space to reinforce proper social distancing protocols. ENTA wants to assure all patients that they value their safety and are observing heightened precautions throughout this time.

This is specifically for Dr Bergstein…the other day my cell phone rang and it was him, asking for my mom. My number was in her file as a contact. I had taken my mom the week before for a hearing aide adjustment..he was calling to say how sorry he was when he heard my dad passed away, that he was his patient for many years and he was such a nice man. I was so appreciative and rather than him saying “please let your mom know”, he asked for her number and called her directly. I thought that was really noteworthy, truly showed what a compassionate doctor he is! Much appreciated!

I have been seeing physicians at ENT and Allergy Associates for the past 10 years or so. Both Dr. Fox (retired) and Dr. Jourdy are amazing. Every time i had met with either physician they were both professional and on point.As it relates to the office staff and follow up that’s another story. Over the last several months while meeting with Dr. Jourdy he had prescribed medication that needs to be refilled. When I call in for the refill to either office or call center there’s where everything goes wrong. I never receive a call back even after calling in second and third time and was reassured it’s being called into pharmacy and nothing. I then have to escalate to office manager and still nothing. When it’s finally resolved instead of calling it into my pharmacy they have to call it into pharmacy in Queens i have to then wait for delivery date.As I write this review still no call back.Not happy.

Absolutely the best ENT doctor anyone could ever wish for. His bedside manner is perfect his office staff is intact he never rushes you out explains everything and does everything he says he will do 100% as if he is taking care of one of his family members. Highly recommend Dr Jourdy to anyone who is suffering from ENT issues. All thumbs up
