I already had an appointment with the dealership the next day for something that I knew NCOC wasn’t setup to do, when my battery warning light came on the other day.I stopped by NCOC to see if they could quickly check it out. The owner came out and in a few seconds diagnosed that the alternator was dead and scheduled an appointment for a couple of days later knowing I’d try to nurse the car to make it until then.Alas, the car died that same evening and I had to instead let the dealership replace it the next day, but NCOC was very nice and understanding about the entire deal when I had to cancel.NCOC always provides friendly service, fair prices, and quality work. They’re my first choice when something goes wrong with my car.
