I’ve been meaning to write a review for quite some time, but reading the reviews made me want to write one even more. Let me just say I absolutely love this store. I’ve dealt with all staff during the morning and evening and they are all very friendly and do their best to be quick and accommodating. A lot of people seem to get upset because they aren’t being offered hundreds of dollars for things they would’ve thrown out anyway if Once Upon a Child wasn’t an option. It upsets me to see such negative reviews being publicly posted. If you love the store as much as you claim to, when you have an issue you should give the owner a call instead of posting a negative review, especially with people’s name in it! It’s quite sad that some people’s entitlement causes them to make people lose business or their jobs, especially during a pandemic. Disgusting!Bravo to ALL of the staff that do an amazing job!! I’m sure you aren’t told enough, but keep up the great work!
