Had a problem with something on my T-Mobile account and was getting nowhere. I came to this store seeking help on the account. Thank God I came to this store the guy actually knew what he was talking about and helped me clear the whole situation up. The end result was even better than what I expected. This is probably the best T-Mobile store on the island. They have a customer for life!

Manager knows nothing about phones sold me a s21 ultra 5G saying it holds memory cards after I told him I’m going from a 1TB 10+ and it doesn’t didn’t know anything about the buds saying it was his first weeks on the job no excuse don’t know something just say that. Stuck with a phone for 3 months before I jump when he also said 30 days doesn’t even know about company policies do not go here
