I was purchasing a battery for my car that comes with a 3 year warranty. When I realized after looking at the receipt and examining the sticker on the battery, it said that the warranty began in 2020; it is 2021. When I wanted to fix the mistake, The employee verbally abused me and I could see that the situation might become physical. The employee’s name was David G, he screamed at me and told me to shut up. The situation escalated so much that David needed to be removed from the front of the store.The problem got this far when I had noticed a mistake he made, which was not putting my name in the system. Also, the GM Karen Schneider was not very helpful and had an attitude with me. I remained respectful until I felt verbally threatened by David G., Karen did not help much, she asked me if I wanted to fix the situation or leave when clearly, after spending almost $200 all I wanted to do was resolve the situation.
