The manager of this store is clearly in need of some customer service training. Salt block purchased in December, completely covered in mold when opened same day. Living over 25 minutes away was unable to get back to store before the holidays. Told by manager that no receipt needed, will exchange, no problem. Contacted today after holidays and sickness and was informed of return policy by same manager and told could no longer exchange without receipt. They also blocked from making a review on facebook page and then blocked in messenger. What kind of customer service is that??? At least be consistent with your customer service and inform in the beginning. Very bad customer service. Will make sure everyone I know knows not to shop there.

I was skeptical to try CBD oil but came to your store and your employee Hannah was more than knowledgable and helpful. She listened to what my issues were and pointed me in the right direction as far as what to take and I have to say, I haven’t been this pain free in years!!! Absolutely love this store and will make this place my go to for all my CBD products and essential oils as well! Thank you!
