While searching for the type of pool that would fit my landscape, I may have gone to every pool store in WNY to learn about the options that were available. When I initially went to Pool Mart, it was another location. The salesman was very rude and seemed like he was just not going to sell me a pool. After searching around I decided that I really wanted the pool that Pool Mart sold. It was then when i decided to call the Tonawanda location. I was greeted by Tom who is wonderful!! He told me the pros and cons of the pools that i had on my list, and within an hour, I purchased a pool with Tom over the phone! I never had a pool and had absolutely no idea what i was doing. I must have called 5 times and Tom was so helpful! He promised me that he would help and guide Me through this learning experience. Privately owned businesses are hard to run these days, and as a business owner myself, an employee such as Tom is extremely hard to come by these days. His customer service skills are old school; honest, helpful; knowledgeable, friendly. I now have an awesome pool, that i was able to have installed his year! Thank you Tom!!!
