Stunning Engraving
I missed the survey deadline to share my feedback with my purchase back on March 6, 2021 but I wanted to still share. We were in desperate need of a washer. After lowes protection plan gave us full value of our 1 year old washer (that they couldn’t get parts for), we waited over 2 months to get a replacement. Lowes in Watertown were out of stock with the one we wanted. But Ogdensberg carried it. The salesman in Watertown contacted the Salesmen here and told them we were on the way. When we showed up an hour later, he had it all ready. We had it paid for and loaded in the back of the truck within 15 mins. No waiting around here! It was worth the drive for the customer service we had at both places. Forgot his name but the receipt says Salesman: 2343767 … Thank you
