The worst service and even worse customer service! placed order online and received order confirmation yet FLOWERS UNDELIVERED ON MOTHERS DAY I also made several attempts to call and make sure that all was ok but there was no answer at the number on the confirmation until 17:30 on Sunday when I was told they have no more flowers. I suggested that they make it up to me by sending the flowers the following day and once again I’m told we won’t have any flowers tomorrow. The icing on the cake was the refusal to take any responsibility whatsoever!! What a creep! Kept repeating over and over that they didn’t receive the order (placed through their website)!! Like, too bad, it’s not my problem. Beware, this is a very poorly managed operation … the recipient may or may not receive your flowers!! MY MOM DIDN’T RECEIVE flowers on MOTHERS DAY this year thanks to Great Neck Florist.I would AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
