No words can properly express how amazing the vegan food is at Birch Bark Eatery! This is the first restaurant my family of 6 and I unanimously agree on. Even our pickiest eater cleaned their plate. Definitely will be back many times in the future!

My boyfriend’s son wanted to take a trip up to Glens Falls one day just to walk around and explore so we did just that. Before leaving, I stopped into Birch Bark Eatery. I had a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, a donut and garlic knots. I know what a selection, but I couldn’t make up my mind. I’m from NYC so if you make a bacon, egg, and cheese well, you got me & they did! I haven’t had garlic knots since I went vegan 4 years ago and LORDDDDDDDDDD these were so beautiful. I can’t wait to go back and try everything else on the menu. They have such a selection to choose from. You will not be disappointed!

Unique options. Such a hidden gem in Glens Falls! I’m a healthcare provider who has found such comfort in Birch Bark’s takeout food during these trying times. The food here is like a warm hug from a friend. Supporting a local business and getting delicious food is the best of both worlds!! It also warms my heart to see the owner leaving bags/boxes of donuts outside at the end of the day for the community to take.
