Very friendly repair guy. Knowledgeable. First time I came, he repaired flat tire in 5 minutes. Second time, there was a wait of 2 days to have a brake repaired. All depends on how busy. If it’s bike season. But a, great shop. Reasonable prices.

Best customer service! Bicycle shortage for them, no problem! They have many in stock and they listen to you and know which bike is the right one for you. I almost didn’t choose CycleFast because of so many bad reviews, but I was disparate because no other place had what I needed. I am so thankful I didn’t listen to the bad reviews. Happiest customer ever!

I went here to get a new tube and the man that was helping me tried getting me to buy 2 new tires because my rims were dry. That’s not a thing. He pretty much tried ripping me off and throughout my year warranty I got no discounts or nothing. I had to pay full price every time. Don’t come here to get a bike or repairs go to the bike cave.
