They rob you. Total bill 68$!!!! But if you call them and wanna cancel your account they give you a good discount to keep you in the optimum service. But I don’t wanna have a deal with optimum any more.Look 35$ internet + 10$ for the another 100mbps which one I never had it . and I get testing few times. Now I got Verizon for 39$ 300 mbps speed and Look the the different after WiFi speed testing

UPDATE: Got home and decided to check my emails. I found an email that stated the a service was ADDED to my account in the amount of $7.99 a month for service protection. I never requested this service and had I not checked this email carefully I would have been charged this fee without my knowledge. I truly believe this person with the terrible attitude intentionally added this to my account without my permission.The worse place I’ve ever been to. The rep was rude beyond imagine. We were his first customer of the day and he already had an attitude. We were there to return 3 cable boxes because Optimum could not fix a problem with the wires outside my house and our TV was unwatchable. By the way, I bought 3 Firesticks and the savings is substantial. The guy then barked at us about the modem. As I tried to explain that we are still using the modem for the internet service he began to speak over me and refused to listen to what I was saying. I finally got him to understand that I was only returning the TV boxes because that is all we cancelled. He then proceeded to tell me all about my husband!! He said my husband just doesn’t like to be told what to do??? I have no idea what got up this guys a$$ but this is no way to treat people. Corporate should really send someone in there to see what is actually going on.
