I called this morning after an appointment on the mainline, and was transferred to the vision center. Staying on the phone the entire time on hold I still walked into Walmart to the vision center. After I saw a worker on the phone, I hung up and waited after being on hold for over 17 min. He hung the phone up, completely disregarded me and walked away without saying a word.

Went in to get screw replaced, it was a in & out visit. I was pleased. I had purchased my glasses over 3 years earlier, but they replaced the screw without a promblem
