I walked into the store for my regularly UPS drop-off and was instantly told to leave my package on the floor on the side of the register, near the entrance. I wasn’t greeted, I wasn’t asked what I needed help with, he just looked at me and gave directions as if he was to busy to actually care for what I needed help with. When I requested a receipt he told me I wasn’t going receive one. He didn’t give me a reason why, he just to me to go to the UPS STORE.Usually, when I come here to drop off my package, they take my package and put it behind the counter after scanning it and they ask if i want a receipt. I was very disappointed with my service today.Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name but he’s of middle eastern descent and was wearing a white button down shirt.

My wife went in to print pictures. The Manager instead of helping just shouted. Also did the same to another lady trying to navigate the system. Found out if you want to print instantly you don’t hit seconds you have to choose print in an hour. Which to any normal person doesn’t make sense. But no I fo to say this. Shouldnt manage a store if you don’t have people skills.
