I called to request that someone come out and take care of the hornets I recently discovered inside my house. The woman I spoke with on the phone was so nice and personable, and I even got an appointment the same day. The technician showed up 20 minutes into the two hour window I was given, so that was great. He was very professional and informative and was in and out within 30 minutes. I was given a full warranty until the end of the year on my service. Overall, would definitely recommend.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Technician was courteous and professional. Due to extreme weather we rescheduled the outside spray. He did work in the garage and in the basement making sure we understood the bait was put down and what to expect in the future.

First of all the call with Orkin was great- they were friendly, professional, and gave me a quick quote for the initial service (which includes a year long warranty). To top it off, they scheduled a tech to arrive within HOURS of my call- which was greatly appreciated since our issue was some serious wasp activity and it’s spring so we wanted it taken care of ASAP. When the tech came out he was friendly, professional, and thorough, I feel confident that the problem is well in hand and we will be able to enjoy our outside spaces without fear of wasps!
