Although I experienced the following -Loosey goosey – poor communication. Hearts in the right place.RIB is and has contributed to many folks in the community making bikes available to those who need a bike and often can’t afford one. It also has helped many to fix their bikes. I do hope anyone who has a bike to contribute to RIB will consider doing so. Although I would have liked to have donated my bike to RIB, covid and communication got in the way.I ended up donating mine to ReUse another great Ithaca organization.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value It was a pleasure to visit and choose a bike at RIBS. The advice and attention to detail that Nick offers, is down to a t! It shouldn’t be too hard to find a bike here that both suits and tailored to your needs.

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I just stopped by to find out when I could bring my bike in to learn how to make some minor adjustments. I’m just now learning to ride a bike (like any reasonable 40 year old with arthritis) and it’s lucky for me there’s a shop like RIBS with so many resources available.
