The Copperccino’s Bistro, Bakery & Coffee shop is a sweet spot that is warm and inviting. The food is locally sourced and most of the ingredients are farm to table. I really enjoyed the earthy feel and flavors of this shop. The food was great. Staff are friendly and helpful. The menu is well thought out, along with the rest of the restaurants earthy decor. The decor is filled with local artistry which may be bought and taken home. Inside the led lights are unique in design. This shop also does a wonderful job with sustainability, most of the paper products are biodegradable.

Super friendly waitstaff (although they could have used someone else up front taking orders) and cute atmosphere! I had to wait a bit for my food order and then it turned out to be messed up. But they let me choose a cookie to make it up. And let me just say, that Ooey gooey butter cookie, so good! The food ended up being delicious, and generous portions. Definitely will be back to try out a coffee drink and for another one of those cookies, especially with the warmer weather, as they offer outdoor seating!

Copperccino’s is the best coffee shop in Rome, NY, and in my opinion is even better than Starbucks. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and professional. The atmosphere is delightful, and the food and drinks are always delicious. On some nights they have live music to enjoy while you are eating or drinking a beverage .
