I am a small business owner and I’ve never once had an issue at this UPS location– other than it being busy! Though it is now under new management, the new owners couldn’t be more helpful and enthusiastic. Plenty of parking, easily accessible location with handicap spots right in front, great staff, and efficient shipping logistics. What more could you ask for?

The team at this UPS Store is nothing short of fantastic. I had to ship 9 packages, and one of the UPS store professionals (Nick) was extremely helpful and professional. Importantly, there was one package I was concerned about and Nick called me when it is on the truck at the destination city for delivery later that day.
