This is the best golf fitter out there. I first went to Club Champion and they tried to upsell us to custom shafts that were exactly same as the shafts you can order on Ping irons, but would have cost $80 extra per iron. They also tried to sell us a Mizuno driver no longer in production. John gave us the straight scoop and got the perfect clubs at 1/3rd less cost with excellent customer service. If you want custom fitted golf clubs, go to these guys!

I have been a customer of John’s at The Complete Golfer for quite some time, and I have had a great experience every time I go in there.Multiple times I have gone in there looking to purchase a new shaft or adjust the length of a club, and he has turned down the business and told me that what I had was completely fine. He could easily have switched out the shafts and charged me no questions asked, and he didn’t.Just today I went for a new shaft on my 3-wood, to match the shaft he put on my hybrid that changed the club completely and fit my game perfectly. That is usually a $120-200 purchase. He spent the time to test the club, then took the time to adjust the head on the shaft and told me to try it with the existing shaft, without any charge.He fit me for my first set of clubs, upon recommendation of a head pro at a prestigious local country club, and they were a perfect fit. Furthermore, he does the repairs and fittings for a majority of the golf clubs in the area, and if that is not endorsement enough I don’t know what is.I read some of the other reviews, and they were entirely off-base. I feel the need to provide an accurate portrayal of a local small-business that does things the right way. If you need anything involving golf clubs, I recommend you call The Complete Golfer first, you will not be disappointed.
