This review does not include prescriptions or Covid vaccines, but does include photo finishing. I have not been disappointed by the staff here. They are always friendly and seem to go above and beyond. I printed passport photos (2×2) on 4×6 prints and was surprised to see the staff had cut them to size for me. Saved me the trouble. Thanks!

Waited in line for 40 min for my vaccine while some lady skipped the entire line and got hers before me with not even half the time I was waiting. I pointed out the employees mistake and they tried to say I was wrong and then when they realized they were wrong, they didn’t apologize. They also kept another women waiting a very long time for some other reason. This female employee obviously does not care about how long anyone waits and is just on auto pilot. Might as well skip the line right in front of her face. She sure as hell won’t notice or care.

Terrible! Prescriptions are never ready on time. I used Express Pickup and prepaid online before going to the store to pick up my prescription. The point of using the service is to limit the amount of time you need to spend in the store (no insurance questions, items are prepaid, etc.). However, once you arrive in the store I was told that the separate line for Express Pickup service isn’t being honored so I’m stuck waiting 40 minutes on the regular line just so they can scan my QR code and hand me my prescription. Ridiculous. Here’s an idea – honor both lines and have the cashier call a few people from either line periodically. At least that’s a form of compromise.
