Thank goodness Vanessa saved the day!! we had an uncomfortable experience with a Staples salesperson earlier in the week pushing very hard for us to purchase extended warrantee on a printer/scanner. he barely cared what printer he recommended and was focused on the warrantee prior to discussing any printers. We did not purchase the warrantee and the Epson printer did not work when we brought it home to set up. he had the nerve to tell me that i should have purchased the warrantee!! i told him you recommended this printer and it did not work for 1 day so luckily we returned it on day 2.We went back to Staples and were lucky enough to encounter Vanessa who helped us get a refund, then walked us back and helped us buy a new printer with no pressure, she was so customer focused and really cared. her shift ended while she was helping us and she stayed to complete the work. thanks so much Vanessa, you restored our confidence in Staples.

Bad experience and poor communication. I‘m a teacher working remotely. I called this Staples in Mt.Kisco and asked them if they had ink for a specific printer (I gave them the number and model that I needed). The man who answered the phone told me they had both the color and black ink that I needed and then hung up on me before I had the chance to ask him my next question. I called again and spoke to the same person who confirmed a second time that they had the ink I needed, so I drove over, went into the store on my lunch break and they do not have it in the store at all.
