After ordering online a few times, we went in person today. They did great – even better than online. Friendly, plenty of parking, and nice outdoor seating.

Finally had a chance to try this place. Came in for lunch after seeing their website. First – brand new place so the place was immaculate. The staff all seemed very happy and friendly. The sheer number of options can be intimidating at first. We ordered the classic Cobb salad and the warm chicken tinga bowl. I got the bowl with cauliflower rice for a little extra. This was my first time trying it instead of real rice. I will tell you that it’s different but kind of not really noticeable ultimately. Great way to reduce your carbs. Both came with a piece of crust but chewy bread (not a good way to reduce your carbs). Anyway the salads were really good and fresh tasting. We will be coming back to explore the many many other options.

My ordering experience here was very poor unfortunately. Customers have to look at the take out menu or go online to view all options, and the large in-store display menu only has a partial selection. I asked for a water cup after I paid and the dark-haired male cashier snidely responded with just so you know, we usually don’t do that here meanwhile the water dispenser was located directly behind me. Didn’t make any sense. My Harvest Bowl was drowning in dressing and the bread was stale. The NYC locations are levels above in quality and service.
