You think by going to a super store tile distributor that you will find the latest and greatest, totally false. I went to many large stores and it is this family run business in which my wife and I found every single tile selection we could hope for, and if not, they can find it for you. Not only do they provide exceptional customer service during the sale, but more importantly, after the sale. Good luck getting any company to fix problems after they get paid, such as broken tiles, or in my case, when a contractor says he does not have the specific saw to cut a certain size slab of tile. This is a company that does not leave you stranded, and will go out of their way beyond the call of duty to make you happy, and more importantly, to make sure you end up with a finished design and project that you love. If you don’t give this company an opportunity to show you what they can provide such as design, advice of what your contractor or installer should be doing (if you have one), tiles, counters, cabinetry, or a contractor to actually perform the installation, and of course great customer service, then you are truly making a mistake.

I was accepting estimates on a bathroom remodel. Not only did they give the best price on material but they gave a phenomenal price on the installation too. All together I saved about 25% by going with them. It was a smooth drama free experience & they were done in no time with no mess. Frank (the owner) made a few suggestions that I loved without trying to pad the bill. I will only use this place for now on & recommend you all to as well.

This business should be a model for all other small family owned businesses. It is operated by a husband and wife and they are both extremely knowledgeable and their ideas are in par with interior designers. The owners keep their word and will go above and beyond for their customers.I built my entire kitchen from material bought here and the kitchen top that is granite, looks spectacular, the owner had us go to the warehouse to assure that it was what we wanted. The tiles that I originally choose were very pricey and the owner suggested another tiles that were equal quality yet a 1/4 of the price, this was telling of their business ethic. After the installation they both called to assure that the job was done correctly and up to my satisfaction. The wife even followed up a month later to assure that I was satisfied and gave me tips on how to make it last for the life of the kitchen.This location may appear to be more expensive then home depot but the reality is that for a few extra dollars you are purchasing quality products from real and honest professionals. Needless, to say that I will be a returning customer when I upgrade my bathroom soon. BTW I am a teacher and have no monetary affiliation with this place I was simply stunned that real old school customer service still exist, prompting me to write this review.
