This store is the best store around for all of your jewelry making needs! They are super nice and helpful, and ready to share their knowledge with a novice jewelry maker. Also, not to mention the wide variety of beautiful beads and already made jewelry.

We just had the most wonderful experience at Just Bead it. Lauren was amazing. Her wonderful outgoing personality makes it easy and enjoyable to spend hours beading in her shop. We have children of all ages, from teenagers to young children, and she kept them all engaged and interested in their projects for over an hour. Worried about safety precautions during the current epidemic? Have no fear, Lauren and her staff are making sure everyone is safe in the shop while shopping or beading. All customers must wear masks, and use gloves while picking out the beads you will use for your project. Overall, this is one of the most lovely shops in Lake Placid, a true gem.

Such a cute shop! Designing my own bracelet was so much fun and relaxing. They have an outdoor spot in the back overlooking the lake. They sell take home bracelet kits to give as gifts too. The owner’s mom was fun to hang out with and was helpful with getting me started. Definitely worth checking out!
