This place is hit and miss depending on the person you get. I’ve gotten good people who have gotten me in and out of service quickly and on the time frame they originally said. But I’ve also had people who were crude and apparently don’t like their job who just gives some random time and 3 hours later your oil change is done.The sales team is great, but the VIP service experience is hit and miss.–The reply below implies someone reached out. They certainly have not. The financial guy who financed our new car this year cared more than anyone in the service department did.I’m sorry, but no one reached out to me. That is untrue.

I had a good experience buying a car from Saratoga Honda. Brian was great to work with when trading in my car. He made the process quick and painless. He was conscientious of my time and was very efficient. He was transparent throughout the whole buying process and made sure all of my questions were answered.
