What can I say, I was there looking for a fragrance for men and although on the counters they had various perfumes to be splashed, there was no one to ask a question or get any help, so as much as I hate it I just made a use for my Amazon’s app and got a fragrance the next day. It’s Your Loss Macy’s for not taking care of your customers, after all what’s the point these days to get uncomfortable and come to your shop and not get a basic service while I can get a better service from an online apps/stores from your place of business! The salespeople I encountered were not helpful, they were aloof and uncongenial. Perhaps management should hire warm and personable people who will provide service with a smile. Training current personnel on the importance of hospitality and customer service may be a good place to start.

Mary at the jewelry counter took incredible care of my wife earlier in the day. She walked her through all the rings that my wife was interested in and more. Then helped later that day when we went back together to make the purchase. She was thoughtful and respectful. Helped save us money on the purchase with great recommendations. Glad to see that service, while less than a week earlier it was pretty much the opposite.
