Bought a vehicle in March of 2019 shultz resale in Jamestown. From the moment we bought the vehicle it had a horrible garbage smell every time you use the heat or the AC. We took it back to him and they looked it over said they could find nothing wrong with it put an air cabin filter in it and send us on our way. Since then we’ve only been able to get into the vehicle for short periods of time without getting sick. Now we have it at basil for other warranty issues and lo and behold they found a mouse nest in the AC system. So I called Schultz back and she pointed out that it’s not a manufacturer’s problem and not their issue. and now just for the warranty stuff along with the vehicle we are waiting for their finance department to decide to give basil permission to work on the vehicle. Never buy another vehicle again.

There’s a full consideration I give this dealership at one star. Let me explain a little bit about the situation‘s backstory. I live an hour and a half away from the dealership in Tonawanda. I saw the ad about the car online and looks like a beautiful car. So I called them up and asked them about the car they told me it was in perfect condition mechanically and physically. I asked are you sure it’s a long drive and there’s a lot of time between me you and my bank to get this ready. Being assured card was in great condition and would be looked over before hand the time came to where it was time to go get the car. So they comes with gold for the drive down there in hour and a half and we find a pair to the dealership in right away I see if the car is not in the condition it was presented in. The front fender bumper had a big scratch on it taking the paint right off clearly should’ve been the photos and was not the rooms were completely chewed up in both passenger doors were completely different shade of red in the rest of the car. So I’m like OK This already looks to be off to a bad start but I’ll still take the car for a drive as soon as we get in the car the car so it’s making a really loud Cha Cha Cha noise the dealer then hair dye he’s just said oh “well I thought the car was looked over”. So I bring the car back and they take it to mechanic to actually look over it. At this point I knew I was gonna have to pass as I have been lied to you about that cosmetic looked at a car and about it being mechanically sound they tried blaming the noise on the tires sitting for too long however I had had a mechanic with me who had never heard the noise like they’re coming from the tires they assured me that the noise would stop and if it didn’t I’d be able to bring the car back along an hour and a half drive. At this point I knew I had been lied to about the whole situation in the sales management and they thought I was some dumb high school kid they will be able to make a quick sell on.

I had a great experience buying the car but when I went to get my license plates put onto the car which is a 2018 Chevy impala premier the sales rep did not put a snap on license plate holder onto the front bumper, but instead drilled the license plate to the bumper where there were no pre drilled license plate holes.
