I was having snow tires put on and after scheduling on line they called me to confirm the service and suggest another time since i was waiting for the vehicle. I arrived at agreed upon time and car went right in and was done in the time frame i was given. The service was excellent, friendly staff and will be my go to in future. Small time feel not like the large chains that i honestly don’t trust with tire installations or alignments

Midafternoon on a Friday I ended up at Tallman’s, Downtown Utica near the Stanley Theatre with my new Chevy Bolt EV that had self-sealing tires …. one tire had been punctured with a bolt (how ironic). By the time I arrived the tire was totally flat.Because of the location of the puncture (too close to the sidewall), it was patiently explained to me that it could not be repaired and I would need a new tire. As the Bolt does not come with a spare or even a donut (Chevy needs to re-think this), Mr.Sutherland went out of his way to find a tire that would be compatible with the otherj vehicle tires. (The original Michelin tire was not available).Fortunately, he found one; fortunately there was still someone in the warehouse that could locate it and deliver it, and fortunately it was expertly installed just before they closed on Friday afternoon. (I regret that I did not get the name of the serviceman who did the work). I was also counseled by both gentlemen on what other steps I could take so I would be more prepared if there was another unfortunate incident where the self-sealing tires could not self-seal. THANK YOU for solving this problem!

I keep lucking up & catching them on specials just by happenstance. I just got my car registered in NY from NC & caught a 9.99 inspection special, an inspection cost way more in NC.
