I Shop Here At Petco Once In A While.. Its A Good Store To Shop At For Dog and Cat Foods. But I Shop At Other Stores Instead Especially Wal Mart!!! So I Give Them Five Stars!!!!

Went into Petco of Carle Place to get my niece a fish for her birthday today and two more fish for my nephews who were with me as well. We were looking around to see which ones we would get and i approached the gentleman working there and mentioned to him that i needed help and he said to give him a minute so i said ok. He was helping another gentleman and kept saying “move move” to me because apparently i was in the way (I’m sure there’s other ways of saying “excuse me”) Then once he finished helping the gentleman he proceeded to help another lady who literally just walked up to the area and i tried to get his attention to remind him i was next but he proceeded to ignore me. I had already waited 18 minutes by then and this lady he just started helping had no idea what she wanted. So i told my niece and nephews we would just leave the store as we were obviously not going to be helped. My niece started to cry immediately and he looked over and didn’t say a word or acknowledge us. Thanks Petco of Carle Place for the horrible customer experience definitely not recommending this place to anyone.

My black lab loves everything I get her from petco. She’s only 4 months so she is teething so I needed the correct chew toys for her. I tried choosing on my own and I picked knee bones which were not right for her age yet so of course it messed with her bowels. I asked petco’s experts and now she has the right teething toys teething ring,bully sticks and pig ears. She’s a happy happy and my vet said she’s as healthy as can be. That means a lot bc I love my Luna so much
