This is the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. I live in low rise apartments so the postman says its hard to find parking and your package was heavy, so I leave a slip and its easier for you to get it from the post office. THAT WAS ON XMAS EVE. I have called and complained about undelivered packages, unleft slips, false updates to tracking numbers. yesterday, they never delivered my package or left a slip, so I called because I was tracking it online. The manager at the office yesterday laughed and said well it was raining and they’ve had long days, so you know how it is and proceeds to tell me to pick it up. Not even an apology. I pay for fast shipping and never get decent service. The staff is a joke and lazy is too kind of a word for them.
