Great selection of Professional Salon products, very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly staff. I go there FREQUENTLY and I have never seen anyone who works there DISRESPECT anyone! They greet everyone so friendly and ask if they could help you find anything specific. They have locations throughout the East Coast. The owner does NOT work at any of the stores, just to clarify other reviews. The store managers go through extensive training and are required to attend meetings at their corporate location. They are constantly being educated on all product lines. When new products are released, the beauty supply gets them before the salons do. They carry products for ALL ethnicities & hair types. The store is so organized & clean. They service & sell only to licensed beauty professionals & salons because professional beauty products ARE NOT meant to be used by anyone WITHOUT a State License! People dont realize how dangerous professional chemicals used to color, straighten, etc hair if you are NOT trained & licensed. The products sold at Professional Beauty Supplies are NOT your drugstore products. One of my favorite, local, Professional Beauty Supply Stores!
