My stepdad never received his box on his birthday. Called before closing 3 times and no answer. Called the next day when they opened and they couldn’t find my order. After being on hold on and off for 30 minutes, they found out the boss cancelled the order because “they were too busy for deliveries.” They didn’t even call to tell me… I could’ve had someone pick it up.

Very disappointed with this location. I ordered a week in advance and the day of delivery, while I was on vacation, they called twice AND KEOT ME ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES THAT I HAD TO HANG UP AND CALL BACK. Once to tell me that they didn’t have any happy birthday balloons, so I had to settle for a smiley face. Then again, to tell me that they didn’t have the happy birthday chocolate piece that went into the middle of my arrangement. So basically nothing happy birthday related in stock. The manager was no better. Tried to offer me other signage like congrats or best wishes. Defeating the purpose of a Birthday arrangement. I may have been persuaded if he would have offered me a larger arrangement or a discount on my current order but the only thing he offered was to refund me for the balloon. I then asked to remove the balloon and just send the arrangement with my personalized card. In the end, he charged me for the balloon and an addition 6.00 charge that I had to call again to have refunded..DO NO WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION.

I received an arrangement for my birthday, and what it should have been stated on the paper and what it was we’re 2 different things. I’ve left messages for this location for over a week now Benjamin assured me a manager would contact me back but still no response.Very poor customer service
