Great team of workers who are very knowledgable and do their best. Very busy pharmacy that could use extra hands as everyone seems to go there.

We requested to have the medicine delivered they never came when we were home and as far as the telephone notification the phone rang Time after Time after Time and we had 20 prescriptions to pick up and every time they call they only gave us one so I canceled the in-home delivery other than that they’re okay but when you go to the pharmacy you have to wait a long time but it is what it is I only go there to get prescriptions not for anything else

Completely incompetent. Could not figure out how to fill my daughter’s prescription with our insurance TWICE! Had to have it filled at Penn Yan location ( with no problem at all). Second time had to have my insurance company call them to walk them though it. Ridiculous. Will never go back.
