I purchased not 1 but two matresses!!!! 1st one had a bid dip after 4 months second one did the same!!!!! Am now told they didn’t find imperfection!!! Really I roll in the Dip everytime I get in the bed!!! And the bedroom set is paper over it to look like wood!!! Then told it’s all in my mind!!! Really I will be posting pics!!! White collar criminals!!!! What a joke they are!!! Fill mattresses with paper!!!! Don’t buy from here ever ever!!! James mattress is the number 1 place to go!!!! I will be contacting better business Bureau!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Please please please do not purchase the Platinum Warranty Services, they do not and will not honor any damage to your furniture that was not created in a single incident. Please do your research on this company and furthermore please do your research on the quality of Ashley Furniture’s products. There are better furniture options out there that won’t leave you feeling as though you were completely duped by the quality.

May 2021 UPDATE: Received 2/3 of my order four weeks after the expected delivery time. I was kept informed the entire time by text messages. Unfortunately, I am now told that my chair might not be available until June or July. I understand an extra few weeks but if it is July, that’s 7 months after I paid for it!! I know there are issues in the industry but that is ridiculous. We have lived with the delivered furniture for several days and are pleased with it. The cushions need to break-in and soften a bit but I am glad they arrived as they did.Worked with Ted over the course of three visits – very low pressure but very helpful. Selected a sectional, ottoman, and recliner. Bought during the special VIP sale which offered substantial savings over their listed prices. Due to the sale, we decided to buy the recliner. The furniture appears to be good mid-range furniture but time will tell. You won’t find solid hardwoods – if you want that, be prepared to pay twice as much. Fabric color choices are somewhat limited relative to other stores in the area. A large competing chain in the area offers similar quality furniture but at higher cost. If you can live with a somewhat limited color selection, come here first. Four stars until I receive the furniture. I will come back to edit review once we we have had a chance to live with it for a few days. Be aware of delivery times – the entire furniture industry is struggling with this due to COVID. Ashley has given us a 3 month delivery time – some stores have been 4-5 months. Another plus for Ashley is they manufacture all of their own furniture…primarily in the USA.
