I just came from a horrible experience at Viscount Liquor. Not only was I not greeted, but had a rude interaction with an associate. I’m not sure if what I was wearing or the color of my skin produced such rudeness from an elderly associate. It was clear as day how willing he was to help other customers, while my friend and I walked around aimlessly, practically begging for assistance. I’m in utter shock because usually, I have a great experience at viscount, especially with there large selection and variety. I hate to write this review but my frequent shopping at viscount made me feel like I needed too. I hope no one else could share the experience I did today.
