They have messed up my name numerous times, then wouldn’t let me change it without a secondary authority. I set up my own accounts when I was 16, ten years later when I’m a full adult I should have access to my own account! You have no problem letting underage kids set up an account without a parent, then what’s the issue when you’ve made a mistake! Ridiculous.
