From the Sales (Nat) to the General Manager (Angela) to their mechanics, this is a place I would recommend to anyone for buying or repairing their bikes.I felt understood for what I was looking for during the buying process and kept well informed on the next steps. If you’re a seasoned or a new rider and have visited any NYC dealer, you are probably used to unfriendly and unknowledgeable staff that makes the motorcycle buying experience terrible. This is why I’ve previously purchased all my bikes outside of NYC.I was expecting the same when I came to look at a new KTM last week but from the moment I walked in through the door Nat made feel at ease. No pressure sales, knowledgeable, and honesty. He gave me a great otd price on the bike and I was riding it home in 2 days.The entire staff I dealt with was great from Angela who took her time explaining the finances and chatting with me, Gonzalo, and Mason who walked me through the features of the bike, I can’t say enough great things about the staff.For anyone looking for a great motorcycle buying experience, don’t hesitate to visit Shelby’s. I know I will be returning for service, parts, etc and my future bike very soon.

Nice place but to get in you have to make an appointment. Which really is unnecessary. Just have the customer wear a mask and let them look around. It’s motorcycle season.
