If you are deciding between scheduling this group to repair your equipment and another repair group, I recommend going with another repair group. They sent a repair technician without ever having confirmed a time to show up and didn’t bother giving us a courtesy call saying that they were on their way, which is standard practice for any industry. Also according to the dispatcher, the technicians don’t call the customers so you’ll never know when and if they’re going to show up. Highly unprofessional, don’t bother with them.

the owner is a complete Tool! Not only is he rude and unprofessional his work is terrible. I’ve been in the store when he’s literally threatened his employee’s with physical harm. Would not recommend!!!!

Our church’s commercial range pilot monitor stopped working. We couldn’t find a technician to make the repairs. The website is awesome. It lists the estimate costs! Brody’s professionalism and prompt response along with Dawn’s scheduling and Amenda’s follow through are something rare in this area. The store is well stocked with commercial goods, reasonably priced.
