I saw nothing of the things people are complaining about. This was the first time I ever visited this store. Unlike the CVS in Ardsley (and most anywhere else), it was clean, stocked, neat as a pin. Everything in its place. Most CVS stores in the area are like 3rd world bazars – deals piled up all over, blocking aisles and ends.People were helpful. The guy on the floor (manager?) came running to check me out even though there were only two people on line.

Had a lovely and efficient experience at CVS Optical. Anne and Adam were very welcoming, explained each step and got me in to see the optician very quickly. They were both very knowledgeable and seemed very committed to customer service. Would recommend and will definitely visit again.
