I wish I could give 10 stars! Blythe helped me select the perfect shades for my new home! Making an appointment was super easy with the store and I was impressed by how the store is handling social distancing during Covid. When I was there, there was another customer being helped by another associate, so a total of 4 of us in the spacious showroom. People from outside knocked on the door and wanted to walk in and take a look during my appointment window but I am glad that they were turned away and told to make an appointment first. I noted surfaces being disinfected continuously as well so I felt very comfortable visiting the showroom in person. Blythe was incredibly helpful in giving me ideas and suggestions for each window shade, and sharing photos with me of actual installations in the same style I was looking going for. I made the measurement appointment with no hesitation. I also had the measurement and installation done by Winston who is amazing! I was able to take advantage of the annual Shade Store sale and Blythe helped expedite my order so I could get the discount before the deal expired. Of course I was thrilled!! There was a delay from the workroom where I had received two shades the rest were not yet shipped out, but Blythe literally saved the day. She was on top of things and made sure everything would arrive at my home in time for the installation appointment. A big thank you to Blythe! I am so glad I went with The Shade Store, my home looks complete now!

I would highly recommend the Shade Store. The quality of their product is fantastic. The entire experience from choosing the window treatment to installation was extremely professional and easy. Our salesperson Blythe was so helpful in choosing the style, fabric and color for our window treatment. The shade came sooner than expected and Blythe was able to move up our installation date right away. She was available even after hours by email. Their product are a bit pricier than other places but you get what you pay for and we are extremely satisfied with our purchase.
