Fernando and Noah were outstanding in their customer service and I’m happy to write their first review. They were both friendly, engaging and welcoming, and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked into the store. They spent a lot of time answering questions I had about the frames and lenses, taking me through a virtual eye exam and even cleaning and adjusting my current glasses.I visited the Union Sq MOSCOT store the day before in which the employee did his best to ignore me and made me feel like an imposition on his time. The Upper West Side store had a much more welcoming environment and was better by MILES. Come here for your MOSCOT frames. I will be back
