I had the pleasure of visiting Pandora at Crossgates Mall Albany, NY over the busy holiday season looking for a gift for a special someone. I was greeted within seconds of entering the store by Danielle and was shown some beautiful jewelry based on what I was looking for. The jewelry cases were very organized and well stocked (even for the busy holiday season). Danielle suggested a piece exactly what I was looking for. (The sparkling wishbone bangle in silver). A very simple, but elegant piece. I was very happy with the purchase and my visit to the store that day. Thank you so much Danielle for the great customer service and excellent product knowledge.
