Been going there for years. Never again. Roger, the store manager, is a good dude and the store’s saving grace. The rest of the store is worthless. Poor selection of eyeglasses. Had a horrible eye exam, too. Ugh.

Very very disappointing!! It took them 3 weeks to get my glasses, First I went for the eye test, when I walked in the chair to sit on was broken! Ok so feeling a bit weary I proceed, the lady did my eye test and I did not feel comfortable with the way she did the eye test, anyhow got it done. I got told to come back in 2 days to pick up my new specs, fantastic very fast and sufficient. I returned 2 days later and my specs was ready, or was it>? I fit the specs and it was completely out of focus, blurring to the point that I could not see or read with them. I mentioned to the “DR” that tested my eyes that I cant see with the glasses and everything is blurring, instead of assisting me she started arguing with me! and the more I said I cant see the more she argued with me telling me there is something wrong with me!Roget the guy working the front desk was helpful in telling her they will fix the problem, but I had to come back the following week friday to get my eyes tested by another Dr. Well having no choice thats what I did, needles to say he was fantastic, got the job done first time and correct, I then had to wait 2 more weeks before I received my glasses. Finally ! I received my specs and they where perfect,I honestly think that this business should only conduct eye testing on Fridays when they have someone capable in the shop.O and the chair is still broken!!

I was a first time patron on12/18/19. I absolutely needed new glasses, as I had not had new ones in over three years. The gentleman who assisted me, Roget, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He understood my needs for new glasses and he was very accommodating with informing me of any sales. He went above and beyond service, as I could not afford two pairs. Not only did he step up and look after me, he made sure that I was informed on the type of lenses that I needed and that were available. End result, I am extremely happy with my glasses. I am definitely recommending Cohen Optical. Thank you so much Roget. I will definitely be a long-time customer.
