I’ve been using Penzeys spices for years and the have been consistently excellent until my last order…the rosemary had NO aroma at all…I called the local outlet and they very pleasantly offered to exchange no questions asked….so I’m overall still a Penzeys fan…and I ordered a few more spices while I was exchanging….

I started using Penzey spices when they were in Crossgates Mall. Eventually the store relocated to a nearby shopping center. The more spices I bought, the more I liked them. When they would offer free 2 oz. jars of various products, I sometimes found a new item that I began to purchase regularly. As of now, the store only offers curbside pickup after an online order. I’m very pleased with their service, their products, and their giving back to the community. I also enjoy Bill Penney’s emails and Facebook posts!
