Always a good place to get groceries, grooming needs, and medicine.

I’ve waited multiple times over 45 MINUTES on the phone for someone to pick up.
Amber Avant
Staff was unpleasant and unhelpful.

The Pharmacy is the best and will continue to come because of the Professionalism, honesty, patience and how easy it is to talk to them when I visit.Thank you for having such amazing people working at this location on 125th St. Nicholas. I must definitely say they make my life so much easier each time.

The problem is Management, they allow rude pharmacy staff, not the pharmacist, to talk down to people and usually these customers are just trying to obtain the medicines ordered by their doctors. The pharmacy is the ‘face’ of the enterprise and that is where the most important interactions take place. All of this reflect poor management skills, poor judgement by the management staff and a lack of concern for company they represent.

I am so impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency of the pharmacy staff. This is by far the best pharmacy I’ve been to in NYC. Thank you to the pharmacists and staff for making an unpleasant task so much less stressful– especially in the middle of a pandemic.
