First impression, not good, I was a new client, made an appt and when I showed up they were 2 people backlogged. They could not tell me how long the wait would be, knowing that a full Eye exam is approx 45 min, I would have been waiting 1 1/2 hrs. Unacceptable to me! A 20 min or 1/2 hr wait is acceptable. I will not be using them for my Eye Care!

They got one star so I could do this review. They do not deserve it. They refused to give my daughter her rx for her contacts. So we went to another provider and they requested that her rx be sent to them. They said numerous times they faxed it but they lied, they never did. I do not need or now want them to fit me for my contacts and the rx is mine so they have no right to keep it and force me to go there to be fit. Yhey hung up on me when I called and when I called back a message came on saying the office was closed. It says here they ate open now and until 6pm. Again, totally unprofessional behavior. I would love to speak with the owner so that they know how unprofessional his employees are. Lesson learned.
