Then, Alan Stillman opened Fridays as a way, he said, “to meet Pan Am stewardesses.” Suddenly, there was a place with great food, new and exciting drinks and an electric energy. A place where bartenders mixed the environment just as well as they mixed drinks. In short, a place like nowhere else. Today, Fridays in Brooklyn, NY is still America’s most iconic bar and grill. The front staff have a attitude as if they don’t want to be there. Once I got seated I realized another customer got up and was moving away from his seat, just to realize there was a big rat in the corner. My husband is allergic to shrimp he ordered the chicken and shrimp and asked for extra chicken he was charged extra when speaking to the manager neal he was very rude, I don’t think as a manager you should approach anyone speaking potois, not everyone understand what you are saying and the aggression was not called for. I will not be returning to this Friday too much in one day. The server was very nice and professional she should be the manager and train the others.

The potato skins had a nice crunchness to them and tasted good. It came out in 15 minutes. The bartender Jennifer did a pretty good job with the drinks. It helps to be a regular, your drink wait is significantly less.
