Fountainhead is the brain child of two Kings Avenue Tattoo alums, Matt Beckerich and Phil Szlosek. Their studio is located in Huntington, New York. It is built on the foundation of a long line of traditional tattoo lineage and focuses on the highest level of craftsmanship and artistry in everything they produce. “Our mission is to be a haven for the arts; an interactive and inspiring space where every job, large or small, receives meticulous attention from conception to completion. Thank you to James and Graham for helping to set me up for my first tattoo. I want to thank Justin for doing an excellent job of converting my references to such an awesome drawing. His artistry and professionalism made the whole process very relaxing, and there was no anxiety at all on my part. After the initial outlining was completed I had a chance to decide to go color or not because Justin stopped to create a mock up in color for me! I would also like to comment on the camaraderie and atmosphere at FountainheadNY because it was conducive to such a great experience, especially getting your first tattoo at 63! Oscar Tanko

Best tattoo shop on Long Island. Tattoo artist are true professionals who are the best in the business. Donny who manages the appointments is great. He ran out and got me coffee 2 times during my appointment. Can’t say enough good things about this place.
