I got a gold name chain from here in December after Christmas. By January the chain popped twice and I went to get it fixed not even a month after it popped again but instead of getting it fixed for another 15 dollars it popped in the street and I didn’t notice. I’m not rough with my jewelry and I always keep up with it. A necklace I’ve had since I was a baby has yet popped so I really think it’s the quality of the jewelry.
