We were wrongly informed of the headlight to purchase and when we tried to return it were told we couldn’t bc there was wear on one bulb due to our attempts to install it. They didn’t take accountability for their mistake. Very poor service. I lost $55. And the gentleman I spoke to Ray was just angry at me when I called. No apology, no attempts to provide me with kind respectful customer service. I would warn the public from trysting this business.

I was extremely pleased with the service rendered by the employees when I had problems with my car’s battery. The gentleman tested my existing battery, gave me the results, helped me purchase a replacement which perfectly suited my car and then he installed my new battery, complete with cleaning an accumulation of corrosion off my battery clamp! For NO charge! 30 minutes later I was on my way home! Amazing, that in this era of inflated service charges and add-on fees that a company would ignore the opportunity to charge for their service! AMAZING! Thank You, Advance Auto for your impressive customer service!
